Corporate roles include Vice President Project Development in BHP Billiton, Group Manager Planning and Development in Aurizon Rail, Chief Project Officer in Wiggins Island Coal Terminal Project and Projects Director in Hatch.
Has forty years’ international rail industry experience, including senior management, business development, project manager, project director. Past roles with Queensland Rail, Downer EDI Rail, Ansaldo and Waratah Coal. Capable in design of total railway systems and their integration, focussing on total system solutions and delivery within operational constraints.

Has thirty five years in rail operations planning and management. Has held a range of senior operations planning and supply chain development roles within Aurizon, Queensland Rail and QR National. An expert in train operations and mine to port supply chain management and modelling, operations planning, capacity management and optimisation for heavy haul coal and freight rail systems.

With 37 years experience, John has considerable experience in the management and coordination of multi-discipline project development activity in both the resources and transport sectors, from initial concept studies, ESIA development and site data collection, feasibility, construction, procurement, and contract administration. John has worked on both green field and brown field projects, assessing and review of the infrastructure options, developing concepts, implementation planning and as well as construction management. Diverse experience covers projects in minerals, coal, oil and gas, logistics and shipbuilding.
Stephen has extensive experience in the rail, water and oil industries. With a background in engineering, Stephen has considerable experience as a Project and Program Manager. He has extensive knowledge of railway infrastructure and operations as he has worked in rail organisations for over a decade. His experience has included the commercially focused environment of developing competitive infrastructure bids, capital investment studies from concept through to feasibility and successfully establishing a Project Office within the Intermodal Division (Queensland Regional Freight). He has personally delivered the Pring Yard capital upgrade study including award of construction packages. He is highly skilled in stakeholder management and achieving buy-in so that the desired project outcomes can be realised.

Graeme has 40 years’ experience in project and construction management with a diverse portfolio of projects, the majority being in remote locations and emerging nations. While initial General Manager Infrastructure Construction at Oyu Tolgoi in 2015-16 and at Centerra Gold in 2009-10, he gained valuable knowledge of working in Mongolia. He was Project Director for Teco-Barclay Mowlem JV for Taiwan’s high speed rail project and has undertaken other rail projects in the middle east. Graeme has experience with various international stakeholders, JICA, ADB and WB, IFCs. He has been involved in design development, project delivery planning and implementation and the hands on management of the implementation phase.
