When it comes to developing a project, we have the mindset of the Owner due to our long history within Owner’s project development groups, borne through our people having directed, managed or advised more than 80% of the large rail and bulk port projects across Queensland in the past 17 years.

With more than twenty major studies and projects in the $500m – $3,000m range in our collective portfolio, we partner with our clients to focus on achieving a robust investment case, balancing operational and commercial objectives with technical and project shaping variables.

On all our engagements, we bring with us comprehensive project study and management systems (comprising 1200 documents of plans, frameworks, templates, flow charts and checklists) to deliver quality services efficiently and effectively.
